Michael Giancola, Chair – Southeast Commercial Real Estate
Michael is founder and president of Southeast Commercial Real Estate. Since relocating to Cape Cod from Burlington, Vermont in 1993, Michael has served the community not only through the creation of a company focusing solely on commercial real estate, but through his volunteer service in local organizations. In 1999, he was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and in 2001, he achieved the SIOR Industrial Specialist designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
Alex Rodolakis, Vice Chair – Fletcher Tilton PC
Alex is the attorney in charge of Fletcher Tilton’s Cape Cod office and he devotes his practice to corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was partner with a Boston law firm and ran its Cape Cod office. Alex’s areas of practice include commercial law, bankruptcy, workouts and financial restructuring, commercial collection, commercial lending, corporate law and business litigation. He is currently on the advisory board for St. John Paul II High School and St. Francis Xavier Prep School, and has been a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the town of Barnstable since 2008.
Chris Murphy, Treasurer – DePaola, Begg & Associates, PC
Chris is a partner at DePaola, Begg & Associates, PC. A native of Cape Cod, he understands the necessity of small business growth and the fostering of entrepreneurship. Chris is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the board of the Kelley Foundation and Cape Cod Charitable Fundraisers, Inc., is a corporator of the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, and serves as an advisor to the Barnstable Education Foundation. Chris volunteered as a member of Coastal’s Loan Committee for many years.
Mark Sexton, Secretary – Retired
Mark worked in the banking industry for over 40 years. He recently retired from Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank and previously served as First Vice President of Commercial Lending for Rockland Trust and as Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer at the former Bank of Cape Cod. Mark also worked for such financial institutions as Eastern Bank and the former BankBoston over his distinguished career. Mark serves as treasurer of the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum and on the board of the Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District. He was honored with the Community Banker Hero Award from Banker and Tradesman in 2016. Mark spent many years volunteering as a member of Coastal’s Loan Committee prior to joining the Board.
Jeffrey Hansel – Rockland Trust
Jeffrey Hansel joined Rockland Trust as First Vice President, Small Business Administration (SBA) Market Executive in 2023. In this role, Hansel is responsible for leading and executing strategies that foster the expansion and development of businesses by leveraging the SBA 504 and 7(a) programs. Jeff has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry from underwriting, credit and small business lending. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, he spent eight years at Cambridge Savings Bank as Vice President, Small Business Lending Manager. During that time, Hansel grew and managed the Bank’s small business lending team which received numerous awards from the SBA, including being recognized as SBA Top Lender in Massachusetts from 2018-2022. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Information Technology from Bentley University as well as his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University. Hansel also serves an adjunct professor at Endicott College’s School of Business as well as at Hellenic American University for their MBA Program and was appointed to the Small Business Lending Advisory Council at the U.S Small Business Administration in November 2024.
Mary Lenihan – Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod
Mary is an experienced lender, with over 20 years in the banking industry holding a variety of senior-level positions. She has several years of experience as a lender on Cape Cod, having been with a large commercial bank on the Cape for over 15 years and holding a variety of positions including Cape Cod Regional President. Mary was also an initial member of the Bank of Cape Cod and helped its founders establish the commercial bank. Mary is also active in the community, serving on multiple boards and committees, including The Rotary Club of Yarmouth and Pause-A-While. Mary also serves as the Bank’s employee-at-large board member for The Coop Foundation.
Adriana Moschella - Eastern Bank
Adriana is a Senior Vice President and Business Banking Team Lead at Eastern Bank. She began her banking career in 2010 and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial objectives. She oversees a team of Business Banking Relationship Managers who specialize in providing essential financial services such as access to working capital, business loans, commercial real estate financing, and tailored financial solutions to support clients' growth strategies. Adriana’s path to leadership has been characterized by a series of achievements and an innate ability to drive impactful results. Adriana has skillfully led teams responsible for managing significant deposits and has played a pivotal role in securing millions in loans for business owners and real estate investors. She has received various awards, including Rookie of the Year, Leader of the Year, the Core Value Award for Diversity and Inclusion Leadership, the Core Value Award for Commitment to Colleague Development, Community Service Award, and Outstanding Professional Award, alongside being a four-time Pinnacle Club winner at Eastern Bank. Her dedication extends beyond her career to creating a meaningful impact in the community. Adriana serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations including Boys & Girls Club of Lynn, Leading Through Empowering Opportunities, and Education Comes First in addition to Coastal Community Capital.
Erin Perry – Cape Cod Commission
Erin Perry is Deputy Director of the Cape Cod Commission, the regional planning agency serving Barnstable County. She joined Commission staff in 2011, serving as Special Projects Manager prior to taking on the role of Deputy Director. She manages regional planning efforts and engages stakeholders during the planning process to build consensus on strategies to address Cape Cod’s greatest challenges and has led development of plans and decision-support platforms on the topics of water quality, hazard mitigation, climate change and coastal resilience, housing, and economic development. She also serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Economic Development Council.
Rob Reisner – Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank
Rob is a seasoned financial professional with over thirty years of experience in commercial lending. He joined Cape Cod 5 in 1989 and has broad knowledge and experience helping customers achieve their financial goals. In his role as Regional Manager Commercial Loan Officer, Rob manages an experienced team of lenders covering Barnstable, Hyannis and Centerville. He is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of customers across a broad spectrum of industries and handles all facets of commercial lending. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. He is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers New England School of Financial Studies. Rob is an active member of the community and serves on the Hyannis Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a prior Directors of several local organizations, including Independence House and Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School. Rob enjoys many outdoor activities, including biking, kayaking and golf.
Kelley Sullivan – Bryden & Sullivan Insurance
A graduate of Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School, Kelley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance from the University of Rhode Island. Upon graduation, she returned to the Cape to work for her family’s business, Bryden & Sullivan Insurance, founded by her father in 1965. In 1996, Kelley, a Certified Insurance Counselor, purchased the agency, which specializes in property and casualty insurance and has offices in Hyannis and Dennis. She was a former owner of Cape Cod Travel Agency. Kelley is a past director on many local boards, including the Hyannis Rotary Club, Cape Cod Insurance Women, Cape Cod Insurance Agents, the YMCA, the Dennis and Cape Cod Chambers of Commerce, Yarmouth Dennis Youth Soccer and Yarmouth Dennis Youth Hockey. Kelley resides in Dennis with her husband, Edward Canning, children and two dogs.
